Key responsibilities:
- Track Customer Enquiries and Support Requests
- Liase with Delivery Partners (like DTDC) to organise shipments
- Track Delivery Status and obtain confirmation of delivery from Customer
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve Failed Deliveries
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
