- 2 Wheeler liscense and own Bike.
Job Discription:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a positive and professional attitude.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric/products.
- Provide detailed information about product features, quality, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest textile trends, collections, and offers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle billing, payments, and returns efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the showroom’s appearance, including displays and stock arrangements.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Address and resolve customer queries or complaints promptly.
- Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
