We are looking for a practical, hands-on Lead QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This is a hybrid role, meaning you will do two things: lead our overall testing approach and actively do manual testing and write automation test scripts yourself.
You will focus heavily on making sure our Salesforce setup works perfectly—especially how we track customer journeys, manage workflows, and handle complex pricing, quoting (CPQ), and billing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hands-on Testing & Leadership
- Do Both Manual & Automated Testing: Take ownership of writing test plans, doing manual testing, and building automated test scripts to make sure new software updates don't break existing features.
- Track & Fix Bugs: Find, log, and track software bugs. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to fix problems quickly.
- Use Agile Tools: Manage testing tasks and bug tracking using everyday tools like Jira and Zephyr.
- Proficiency with at least one salesforce automation tool-Provar, Reflect or Selenium based frameworks.
2. Salesforce Testing Areas
- CPQ & Billing (Revenue Cloud): Test how we bundle products, calculate prices, create invoices, and handle monthly subscriptions to ensure all financial data is 100% correct.
- Core Salesforce (Sales Cloud): Test standard CRM features like page layouts, validation rules, automated workflows, and how leads and opportunities move through the system.
- Marketing Cloud: Check that multi-channel customer journeys, email triggers, and data lists work exactly as planned.
- System Integrations: Make sure data flows smoothly and correctly between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue systems without getting lost or corrupted.

- Automation Tools: Salesforce compatible automation tools (Provar, Reflect or equivalent)
- API Testing: Experience checking how different software systems talk to each other using tools like Postman.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Real experience testing Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud/CPQ processes.
