Responsible for handling complete injection moulding production operations during assigned shifts. Candidate should have strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, production planning, manpower handling, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Key responsibilities include monitoring production targets, reducing rejection and downtime, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, maintaining production reports, and ensuring smooth shop floor operations. Candidate must be capable of handling operators, supervisors, and shift activities independently while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
Preferred candidate should have experience in plastic manufacturing industry with good leadership and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
