About the Role
APEE Infratech is looking for a results-driven Resident Engineer cum Branch Lead to manage MEP projects and oversee branch operations at Vizag Region. This role requires a strong blend of engineering expertise, leadership ability, and advanced data analytics skills using Excel and Power BI to drive project efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects
- Manage branch operations including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, costs, and performance using advanced Excel dashboards and Power BI reports
- Develop MIS reports, project trackers, and data-driven insights for management review
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Identify risks, troubleshoot site issues, and implement corrective actions
- Drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in MEP project execution and management
- Proven experience in leading teams and handling branch-level responsibilities
- Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA preferred) and Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling)
- Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or industrial MEP projects
