Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, approach, and onboard suitable retail stores as partner outlets for BigBasket’s Quick Commerce operations.
· Conduct daily market visits to pitch BigBasket’s partnership model to store owners, explaining business benefits and resolving their queries effectively.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners to ensure successful tie-ups and long-term partnerships.
· Complete necessary documentation and agreements as per company guidelines for partner onboarding.
· Coordinate with internal teams for store branding, activation, and compliance with display/branding standards.
· Monitor partner store performance regularly and ensure adherence to operational policies.
· Address day-to-day concerns of store owners and provide timely solutions to strengthen business relationships.
· Submit accurate reports, updates, and market feedback through mobile field reporting tools.
· Travel extensively within assigned territory to maximize network expansion and business coverage.
