Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotation, invoices and billing entries.
- Enter customer, sales, and stock details into the system.
- Maintain records and update data accurately.
- Perform basic computer and administrative tasks.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales team when required.
Requirements
- Fresher or Intern can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and data entry is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
