We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our stainless steel railing and fabrication unit. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily production activities, managing manpower, and ensuring timely dispatch of materials.
Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily production activities
Handle manpower and assign work
Ensure quality control of fabrication work
Coordinate with dispatch and store team
Maintain daily production reports
Requirements:
2–5 years experience in fabrication / railing industry
Knowledge of MIG / TIG welding
Basic understanding of drawings
Good team handling and leadership skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
