About the Role
Dimensions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design, working drawings, site coordination, and project execution. If you are passionate about designing functional and aesthetically appealing spaces while working closely with clients and project teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
- Develop construction drawings and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining design quality.
- Support project execution from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
