- Supervise daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff and contractors.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
