We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, improving conversion rates, and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage new business leads
* Improve lead-to-customer conversion rates
* Drive sales closures and achieve revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities and markets
* Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and clients
* Handle client interactions and presentations
* Support onsite client visits when required
* Track and report sales performance and pipeline updates
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (IT/ERP preferred)
* Strong experience in lead generation and sales closing
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Accounting background is an added advantage
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and visits
