As the Marketing Manager at our institute, you will play a pivotal role in steering our marketing strategies towards success. Your responsibilities include:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the institute's goals.
Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, guiding them in creating impactful campaigns.
Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the institute's brand identity.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and communications.
Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:
Lead the strategic planning process for marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Utilize forecasting techniques to anticipate market trends and plan marketing strategies accordingly.
Team Management:
Supervise and mentor marketing teams, including Digital Marketing and Admission Counselor.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovative ideas.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, keeping the institute ahead of the curve.
Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with admissions, academic, and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with overall institutional objectives, and communicate the same with Directors
Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in the education sector is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
