- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with charging station usage, payments, and app-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English & Tamil is required.
- Knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu is an added advantage.
