We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and product demos
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline and track activities using CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in Tech/SaaS)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales cycles and client relationship management
- Exposure to Blockchain, Web3, or AI technologies is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Must have access to a personal laptop/system
