About the Role
We need a responsible Hostel Warden to manage NEET students in our residential hostel. You will stay in the hostel premises with students.
Key Duties:
- Ensure safety, discipline, and welfare of hostel students
- Take daily attendance: Morning wake-up 5:30 AM, Night lights out 10:30 PM
- Monitor mess, hygiene, and room cleanliness
- Handle sick students and emergency situations
- Maintain in-out register and report to management
- Coordinate with parents regarding student well-being
- Prevent mobile phone use during study hours
Requirements:
- 10th/12th Pass or Graduate
- Age: 25-30 years preferred
- Must stay in hostel 24x7 – accommodation provided
- Strict but caring nature with students
- Prior hostel/boarding experience preferred but not mandatory
- For Girls Hostel: Female candidates only
- For Boys Hostel: Male candidates preferred
