- Perform hemodialysis procedures as per doctor’s prescription
- Prepare and assess patients before dialysis
- Monitor vital signs during and after dialysis
- Perform AV fistula cannulation safely
- Operate and maintain dialysis machines
- Conduct machine safety and RO water checks
- Troubleshoot machine alarms and technical issues
- Follow NABH infection control and PPE protocols
- Segregate biomedical waste as per guidelines
- Maintain accurate dialysis and patient records
- Handle dialysis-related emergencies and assist in CPR
- Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, and healthcare staff
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Dialysis Technology
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in dialysis unit/hospital
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹29,500.00 per month
