About the Role
Helpline Groups is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to identify and convert potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
