Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Manager (Business Loan)
- Drive sales of business loan products by sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
- Identify potential markets, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives to ensure target achievement and productivity.
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and connectors.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and MIS regularly to senior management.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
