About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, financial reporting, and advisory functions while ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare, review, analyze, and interpret financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory filings.
- Handle end-to-end TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory activities.
- Liaise with tax authorities, consultants, and auditors as required.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and accounting regulations.
Audit & Assurance
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements.
Financial Advisory & Analysis
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.
- Assist in evaluating business performance and financial risks.
- Support financial due diligence, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide financial and taxation-related solutions.
- Respond to client queries related to accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
Business Development & Research Support
- Research, track, maintain, and update lead databases.
- Conduct B2B and B2C market research.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
- Support direct email marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives.
- Conduct market surveys and collect business intelligence data.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized accounting body.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, or Financial Management.
- Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Taxation, TDS, GST, and Financial Regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Experience in financial reporting and data analysis will be an added advantage.
