Project Lead / Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Lead / Project Manager to join our HRS Navigation team. In this role, you will be accountable for end-to-end management of complex healthcare and medical device projects, driving successful delivery from concept through development, regulatory approval, and post-market activities. You will lead cross-functional internal teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and optimal project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end projects in the medical devices or healthcare domain, maintaining full visibility of progress, risks, and deliverables.
Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Software teams.
Apply Waterfall or Agile methodologies to drive efficient, compliant project execution. Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, handle escalations, and resolve conflicts.
Demonstrate strong judgment, decision-making, and outcome orientation, ensuring delivery excellence.
Promote a culture of ownership, commitment, customer centricity, continuous learning, and collaboration within internal teams.
Provide regular, transparent status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or master's degree in biomedical engineering, medical devices, life sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 3+ years managing end-to-end projects in a regulated product development environment.
In-depth understanding of MedTech regulatory pathways, clinical study processes, and post-market requirements.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional internal teams and deliver complex healthcare or medical device projects successfully.
Strong leadership, judgment, decision-making, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with surgical navigation systems, imaging technologies, digital health solutions, or connected medical devices is highly desirable. Passion for advancing healthcare innovation and patient-focused medical device solutions.
Pay: ₹804,604.14 - ₹2,223,333.96 per year
