Job Description:
1.Lead and manage Operations, Logistics, Billing, Purchase, and Accounts functions.
2.Overlook and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
3.Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and procurement activities.
4.Monitor inventory, dispatch, billing, and financial operations.
5.Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
6.Review departmental performance and drive continuous process improvements.
7.Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
8.Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
1.MBA preferred with 8+ years of experience in operations management.
2.Strong leadership and team management capabilities
3.Sound knowledge of operations, logistics, procurement, billing, and accounts.
4.Experience in process improvement and vendor management.
5.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6.Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
