Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth execution of company SOPs and operational processes across sales and service teams
- Maintain CRM hygiene: ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and organized
- Track lead progress, monitor overdue tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Handle lead assignment based on region, priority, or product verticals
- Regularly audit CRM usage and guide the team on best practices
- Support pipeline management, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements
- Generate and share MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and dashboards reflecting KPIs, conversion rates, and team productivity
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on CRM and process workflows
- Collaborate with marketing for lead handovers and feedback loops
- Act as a bridge between sales and service teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Skills & Requirements
- Tech/data handling experience required.
- Freshers - 1 year experience required

- Strong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and operational workflows
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MIS reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, process-driven, and hands-on in ensuring follow-ups and smooth operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
