Job Title: Technical Product Presenter & Client Specialist (AI SaaS)
Job OverviewWe are seeking a high-energy, exceptionally articulate, and technically proficient Product Presenter & Client Specialist to drive live demonstrations of our cutting-edge AI Interview Agent. This is not a generic sales or basic customer service role. We need a seasoned professional who can deeply understand the underlying technology of an AI platform and confidently discuss technical workflows, integrations, and data logic with corporate clients, HR Tech heads, and IT stakeholders.If you have a proven track record of delivering flawless software (SaaS) demos, possess world-class English communication, and have a strong technical backbone, this role is for you. Time-pass applicants or candidates without software demo experience will not be entertained.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Impact Technical Demos: Conduct live, deep-dive video demonstrations of the AI Interview Agent, explaining complex AI capabilities in a simple, business-oriented manner.
- Technical Consultation: Understand the prospective client's existing HR tech stack and explain how our AI agent integrates via APIs, webhooks, or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Advanced Objection Handling: Confidently address technical queries regarding AI bias, prompt engineering, data privacy (GDPR/ISO compliance), latency, and report accuracy during live sessions.
- Client Onboarding Support: Assist serious clients during the initial trial setup, helping them configure conversational workflows and testing the AI’s response system.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate directly with our engineering and product teams to relay technical glitches, client feature requests, and usability feedback.
Strict Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Technical Pre-Sales, SaaS Product Demos, or Tech-Consulting.
- Technical Backbone: Solid understanding of how AI/ML applications, APIs, LLMs, and cloud-based software operate. You must be comfortable discussing software configurations.
- Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English with absolute clarity, rich vocabulary, and sharp corporate etiquette.
- Unshakeable Confidence: Ability to present flawlessly on camera, control the meeting, and handle aggressive technical grilling from corporate IT heads.
- High Seriousness & Discipline: We maintain a high-performance culture. We require individuals with strong work ethics, absolute punctuality, and a professional attitude.
Technical Competencies (Preferred)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and HR Tech ecosystems.
- Basic understanding of how Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP (Natural Language Processing) function from a user/configuration perspective.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic software and connectivity issues independently during live client calls.
