Corrazone Workspace Solution is looking for a Customer Relation Executive to handle client enquiries, customer communication, lead follow-ups, and workspace solution coordination.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and guide them to the right workspace solution such as coworking space, private cabins, virtual office, business address, meeting rooms, and office space solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads professionally
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable workspace options
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into client visits or bookings
- Maintain lead details and follow-up status in the CRM/sheet
- Coordinate with clients for workspace visits, meeting room bookings, and service details
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Share service details, pricing, offers, and availability clearly
- Support front office/client coordination activities when required
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to onboarding
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge and Google Sheets/Excel handling
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, sales coordination, or front office is preferred
- Confident, polite, and professional communication style
- Ability to follow up consistently and close enquiries
- Must be organized and responsible with daily reporting
