As Timekidz continues its trajectory of exponential growth, we are looking for a high-calibre Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our premium Maternity and Baby Care portfolio.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our portfolio of baby and maternity brands. You will create and execute strategies that grow brand awareness, drive sales, and deepen customer engagement across the India market.
Brand Strategy & Campaigns
– Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for our portfolio brands tailored to the India market.
– Build brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards in alignment with global brand principals.
– Plan and execute 360° campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and in-store — from concept to post-campaign analysis.
Digital & Social Media
– Own all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) — content calendar, community management, and growth.
– Lead influencer and KOL partnerships, with a strong network in the parenting and mommy blogger community.
– Drive performance marketing (Meta, Google, marketplaces) in collaboration with the e-commerce team to optimize CAC and ROAS.
– Manage SEO/SEM strategy
– Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports assessing effectiveness and ROI.
– Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and disciplined tracking of spend.
Trade & Retail Marketing
– Design and execute channel marketing programmes for modern trade, GT, and e-commerce partners.
– Develop compelling retail assets — planograms, packaging inserts, POS materials, and in-store activations.
– Partner with the sales team on key account marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
PR & Partnerships
– Manage PR, media relationships, and earned media strategies to drive brand visibility.
– Identify and execute brand collaborations, events, and experiential marketing activations (baby fairs, mom communities, hospital partnerships).
– Liaise with global brand principals on approvals, co-op marketing budgets, and joint go-to-market strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
– Define and track KPIs across brand awareness, digital engagement, and revenue contribution.
– Conduct consumer research, competitor benchmarking, and market sizing to inform strategy.
– Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods or baby products.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social and search advertising, email marketing).
- Creative thinking and a genuine interest in the baby products industry and parenting trends.
