Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented OOH (Out-of-Home) Media Buying Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing OOH advertising campaigns across various media formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable OOH advertising opportunities based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with media owners, vendors, and suppliers to secure the best inventory and rates.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute outdoor media buying strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze media options to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare media plans, cost estimates, and campaign proposals.
- Monitor campaign execution, installation, and timely delivery of OOH campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with media partners and build a strong vendor network.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed within budget and timelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, media innovations, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in OOH Media Buying, Media Planning, or Advertising Sales.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (PPT).
- Excellent presentation and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful client presentations and media proposals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
