We are looking for experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our township and residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, the ability to manage labour and contractors, and ensure quality work within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rework.
- Monitor labour productivity and material utilization.
- Report daily work progress to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Resolve day-to-day site execution issues in coordination with the engineering team.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Civil) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in real estate or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of residential building construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate execution accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and material management.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
