Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP & QM Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production planning and quality management processes, along with ensuring smooth data migration and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.
- Work on ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Configure and optimize PP-PI processes, MRP, and other planning strategies.
- Manage production-related master data such as Recipes, BOMs, Production Versions, and Resource Masters.
- Oversee Quality Management processes, including inspection at various stages and deadline monitoring.
- Maintain QM master data such as Inspection Plans, Inspection Characteristics, and Catalog Sets.
- Perform data migration activities (Recipe, BOM, Batch Master, Inspection Plans, etc.) ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with SAP solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting, support, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Strong functional expertise in SAP PP & QM modules.
- Experience in PP-PI (Process Industry) and MRP processes.
- Hands-on experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Good knowledge of master data management in PP & QM.
- Understanding of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder handling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- SAP certification in PP/QM (preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing or process industry domain is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
