We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, patient, and able to manage multiple interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards

- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
