- Generate sales leads and identify potential clients for real estate and construction projects.
- Promote residential, commercial, and construction services offered by the company.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and customer service processes.
- Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates for management review.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
