Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations across all departments, including HR, Design & Development, Clinical, Production, Finance. The role ensures seamless cross-functional coordination, efficient resource utilization, timely execution of organizational goals, and continuous process improvement. The Operations Manager works closely with department heads and leadership to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor operational activities to ensure timely completion of departmental goals and organizational projects.
- Coordinate effectively between Sales, HR, Design & Development, Clinical, Production, Finance, Customer Support, and other business functions.
- Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and key operational metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and operational processes.
- Identify operational risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Monitor resource allocation, workforce utilization, and operational capacity across teams.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, trackers, and management updates for leadership review.
- Drive process automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, statutory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Support leadership in strategic planning, operational execution, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Track business performance, analyze operational data, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Management, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple departments simultaneously.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, CRM/ERP systems, and operational reporting.
- High ownership, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
