The Tally Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Tally products and accounting concepts to students, educators, training partners, and corporate learners. The role involves curriculum delivery, trainer mentoring, content enhancement, learner assessment, and ensuring participants acquire industry-relevant skills and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions on Tally products and related accounting topics.
- Deliver training programs for students, faculty members, channel partners, and working professionals.
- Ensure effective understanding of accounting principles, GST, taxation, payroll, inventory, and business management processes through practical demonstrations.
Curriculum and Content Management
- Facilitate training as per approved course curriculum and certification guidelines.
- Suggest improvements and updates to training content based on industry trends and product enhancements.
- Develop case studies, assignments, practical exercises, and assessment material.
Learner Assessment and Certification
- Evaluate learner performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Support learners in preparing for certification examinations.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
Trainer and Partner Support
- Mentor junior trainers and faculty members to improve delivery effectiveness.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions when required.
- Provide academic and technical support to training partners and institutions.
Product and Technical Expertise
- Stay updated with the latest product features, statutory changes, and industry practices.
- Demonstrate practical business use cases and workflows using Tally software.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with academic institutions, training centres, and business partners for smooth training execution.
- Collect feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in accounting or finance will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business processes.
- Expertise in Tally software and its various modules.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and learner engagement capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for diverse audiences.
