Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, building good relationships, generating sales opportunities, and supporting the overall growth of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Generate sales through customer interactions and lead follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and prepare basic sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products and market trends.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of sales experience preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
