- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Handle lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns end to end
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Set up and manage pixels, events, and conversion tracking
- Work with Google Tag Manager and Analytics for tracking validation
- Manage and optimize WhatsApp and lead-based funnels
- Identify performance issues and take corrective action
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- Prepare clear weekly performance reports with insights
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience handling, Lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns, WhatsApp-based or form-based lead funnels
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Pixel & event setup across platforms
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives and optimization logic
- Ability to analyze data and improve results independently
