Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Trivandrum (within 15 km radius preferred)
Experience: 0–1 Year
Salary: ₹10,000 (First 30 days – Probation)
Post probation: ₹12,000 + Incentives (based on performance)
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing activities to improve brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The role requires creativity, basic technical knowledge, and hands-on experience with digital platforms and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
● Execute SEO & SMO activities to improve online visibility
● Plan and run digital marketing campaigns
● Create posters, creatives, and marketing content
● Handle and update company website
● Manage Google My Business profile and improve reviews
● Capture and edit basic videos using AI tools
● Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements
● Monitor performance of campaigns and suggest improvements
Required Skills
● Knowledge of SEO & SMO (with AI tools)
● Basic website handling skills
● Poster designing and content creation
● Social media management
● Familiarity with Google My Business and LinkedIn
● Basic video capturing and editing skills
● Creativity and good communication skills
Eligibility Criteria
● Degree or higher qualification with Digital Marketing certification
● Age: 22 years and above
● Male/Female candidates can apply
● Two-wheeler is mandatory
● Candidates residing within 15 km of Trivandrum preferred
Incentives
Incentives will be provided based on performance in:
● Number of customer reviews generated
● Marketing campaign execution and results
