- Manage the overall operations and administration of the IVF center.
- Ensure seamless coordination between fertility consultants, embryologists, nursing staff, counsellors, and front office teams.
- Drive patient acquisition, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
- Monitor daily OPD/IPD operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Achieve monthly revenue, operational, and business development targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, ART Act, PCPNDT, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with the management team on budgeting, MIS reporting, inventory, and vendor management.
- Build relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, and healthcare partners.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
