Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks as per service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor if needed
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
