We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to execute marketing activities for our solar business. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing marketing strategies, generating quality leads, building brand awareness, and coordinating promotional activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s solar products and services.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising, promotional campaigns, branding, and local marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and conversion.
- Handle social media pages, digital marketing, and content promotion.
- Build relationships with channel partners, institutions, and local networks for business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Organize field promotions, events, campaigns, and awareness programs related to solar solutions.
- Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
- Support management in achieving monthly and yearly business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Ability to plan campaigns and convert marketing efforts into sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing/reporting tools.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Energetic and target-driven professional with strong market understanding.
- Ability to travel locally for field marketing and business promotion.
- Experience in customer handling, campaign execution, and dealer/distributor coordination will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
