Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of Microsoft Intune and Modern Workplace solutions. Act as the highest escalation point for complex issues, drive automation initiatives, and support enterprise endpoint management and security strategies.
- Intune Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable Intune and Endpoint Management solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Platform Administration: Manage and optimize Intune configurations, policies, compliance settings, and device management frameworks.
- Endpoint Security: Define and enforce endpoint security controls, security baselines, compliance policies, and Conditional Access strategies.
- Autopilot & Device Provisioning: Lead Windows Autopilot implementations and enhance device deployment and lifecycle management processes.
- Application Management: Design and maintain enterprise application deployment strategies, packaging standards, and deployment automation.
- Technical Escalation Support: Serve as the L3 escalation point for complex Intune, enrollment, compliance, and device management issues.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell-based automation solutions for administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Modern Workplace Integration: Integrate Intune with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, and other endpoint management solutions.
- Migration & Transformation Projects: Lead device management transformation initiatives, including SCCM to Intune migration and co-management deployments.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish standards, best practices, security controls, and operational procedures for endpoint management.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards, operational reports, compliance metrics, and executive-level status reports.
- Mentoring & Leadership: Provide technical leadership, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to L1/L2 engineers.
