Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets using GDS system( Galileo)
Provide fare details, travel options, and itinerary information to clients.
Manage refunds, rescheduling, and ticket modifications as per airline policies.
Coordinate with airlines and customers for smooth travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer details in the system.
Ensure timely customer support and resolve travel-related queries.
