We are looking for a passionate and confident Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to guide students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct counselling
Explain course details, fees structure, and admission process clearly
Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions
Maintain proper student database and daily follow-up records
Coordinate with students and parents professionally
Support students in choosing the right course based on their interests
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets
Handle telecalling activities confidently and communicate naturally with students to build trust and engagement
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience in Telecalling / Academic Counselling is an added advantage
- Ability to speak professionally with students and parents
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
