Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Executive – Accounts or Project Execution to support railway infrastructure projects through effective coordination of site execution, contractor/vendor management, project billing, documentation, procurement support, and accounts-related activities.
The candidate will coordinate with project/site teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, procurement, and accounts/finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of commercial and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparation, issuance, tracking, and documentation of Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), and contracts.
- Monitor contractor work progress and verify completion against approved scope, quantities, and Work Orders.
- Collect and verify contractor RA bills, final bills, material bills, invoices, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site/project teams for verification of work quantities, measurements, completion certificates, and bill-related documents.
- Assist in processing contractor and vendor payments after obtaining required approvals.
- Maintain records of bills submitted, bills approved, payments made, outstanding amounts, and pending documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts & Finance for vendor reconciliation, contractor reconciliation, advances, deductions, and payment status.
- Assist in GST, TDS, tax invoices, statutory documentation, and audit-related requirements.
- Track project expenses, material purchases, contractor costs, advances, and other project-related expenditures.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and identify cost variations or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams regarding material requirements, purchase orders, delivery status, and invoices.
- Prepare MIS reports, project cost statements, billing status reports, payment trackers, and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, WOs, POs, invoices, bills, drawings, measurement records, completion certificates, and project correspondence.
- Follow up with concerned departments for pending approvals, contractor submissions, invoices, payments, and documentation.
- Support project management in tracking project milestones, execution status, billing progress, and commercial matters.
- Assist in resolving site-level coordination and documentation issues between contractors, vendors, site teams, and accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, safety standards, quality standards, and project documentation requirements.
- Perform other accounts, commercial, and project coordination activities assigned by management.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with exposure to railway infrastructure, EPC, civil construction, electrical works, signaling, telecom, track work, station works, or other infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Freshers with good knowledge of Accounts, Excel, billing, documentation, and project coordination may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
