Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, references, digital platforms, site visits)
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients
- Assist in closing deals and ensuring timely documentation
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track leads using CRM tools
- Coordinate with marketing and channel partners to drive business growth
- Train and mentor junior sales executives when required
- Prepare regular sales reports and MIS updates

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in sales (real estate experience highly preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
