Business Development Executive (On-Site)
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who enjoys client conversations, understands value-based selling, and can turn opportunities into revenue.
This is a full-time, on-site role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads (inbound + outbound)
- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable solutions
- Conduct product demos and manage follow-ups
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Background in SaaS, IT services, or digital products preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
- Goal-driven with ownership mindset
