Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to assist customers in planning and securing suitable financial solutions for real estate investments. The role involves guiding clients on property financing, home loans, investment opportunities, financial planning, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, banks, and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment and financial planning.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable home loan and mortgage options.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing.
- Analyze clients' financial profiles and eligibility for property purchases.
- Explain financing options, repayment structures, interest rates, and related costs.
- Guide clients through loan documentation and approval procedures.
- Develop financial strategies to maximize clients' investment returns.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and real estate investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare financial reports, projections, and client presentations.
- Support the sales team in converting prospective buyers into customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance) or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in financial advisory, banking, mortgage, or real estate finance.
- Strong understanding of home loans, mortgages, and investment planning.
