VMC Setter/Operator
Needs & Requirements:
● Minimum 1 year of professional experience specifically as a VMC Operator in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Precision in Operating VMC Machines
● GD&T Application: Interpret complex engineering drawings with a strict focus on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure 100% part compliance.
● Process Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters to maximize efficiency and part quality.
● Shift Operations: Lead programming and troubleshooting efforts across rotating shifts to ensure continuous production flow.
● First-Off Inspection: Validate the first-run parts against CAD models and technical drawings to ensure zero-defect manufacturing.
● Optimization: Continuously refine programs to reduce cycle times and improve surface finish for our robotic assemblies.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Quality teams to provide feedback on "Design for Manufacturability" (DFM).
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical trade.
● A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a "get it right the first time" attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
