Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new product development projects from concept to execution
- Coordinate with production, quality, design, purchase, and sales teams for smooth product development
- Conduct market and customer requirement analysis for new packaging products
- Prepare product specifications, BOMs, development reports, and trial documentation
- Handle sample development, product trials, and testing activities
- Monitor product feasibility, costing, and production compatibility
- Coordinate with clients for product modifications, approvals, and technical discussions
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
- Maintain records related to product development activities and timelines
- Support management in successful launch and implementation of new products
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Packaging, Polymer, Printing, or related field
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in New Product Development or manufacturing industry
- Packaging or printing industry experience will be preferred
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of product development processes
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the food packaging or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of packaging materials and product testing
- Exposure to CAD tools such as ArtiosCAD, EngView Package & Display Designer, and AutoCAD
- Experience with sample making/prototyping machines
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely completion of product development projects
- Successful execution of product trials and launches
- Customer satisfaction and approval rate
- Reduction in product development delays
- Proper documentation and reporting accuracy
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with coordination visits to factory when required
- Collaborative working environment
- Occasional client or production coordination meetings may be required
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
