Head – Strategy & Operations | Academy

This is not a content role.
This is a business-building role.
We're looking for someone who wants to build one of India's most ambitious education businesses from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders to scale FO Academy owning business strategy, growth, operations, and execution across multiple educator-led businesses.

FO Academy partners with India's leading operators, founders, coaches, senior leaders, and authors to build and scale their online education businesses.
Our partners bring deep expertise and credibility. We build and operate everything else from market research and course design to performance marketing, webinar funnels, technology, operations, learner experience, and growth.

Today, we're partnered with 10 educators, with many more joining us over the coming years.
The creator-led education market is already a multi-billion-dollar industry globally, but India is still in the early stages. Our ambition is to partner with India's top 100 experts and build the country's most trusted and highest-performing education platform.
What You'll Own
As the Head of Strategy & Operations, you'll own the business performance of our education verticals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving growth across the course business
- Revenue planning, forecasting, and business reviews
- Pricing strategy and commercial planning
- Launching new education categories and programs
- Funnel optimization using business and customer insights
- Strategic partnerships and new growth initiatives
- Building exceptional learner experiences
- End-to-end business operations
- Creating scalable systems and processes
- Building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams
What We're Looking For
We're looking for builders, not managers.
You should have:
- 7–10 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Business, Consulting, Growth, or Founder's Office roles
- Experience working in high-growth startups or scale-up environments
- Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from scratch
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
- A strong ownership mindset with a bias for action
- IIT/IIM graduates preferred

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
