Job Description
- Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Attending breakdown calls and preventive calls. Repair of equipment and hand instrument at our workshop.
- AMC Follow-up, Training to New Engineer & Stock checking.
- Installation and Demo of various medical products.
- Checking equipment before dispatch to customer anywhere in India.
- Providing technical support as required time to time.
- Installation and commissioning of security system.
Qualification – B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in ME/EE/E&C/Biomedical Engineering
