Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical wiring, assembly, testing, and quality assurance of instruments, equipment, and related systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, precision, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical wiring and assembly of instruments, control panels, and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of electrical instruments, systems, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures during all stages of work.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring or testing issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet design and performance requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of wiring diagrams, test results, and quality records.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to optimize processes and improve product reliability.
- Calibrate and verify the accuracy of testing instruments as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical wiring, testing, or quality inspection preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and instruments
- Familiarity with electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
- Hands-on work in a laboratory, production floor, or testing environment.
- May involve occasional lifting or handling of electrical components and tools.
- Adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements at all times.
